1. General Provisions

The buyer is bound by the General Terms and Conditions valid at the time of placing the order. These terms are drawn up in accordance with the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the Electronic Commerce Market Act (ZEPT), and EU consumer regulations.

In these Terms, the word "user" refers to both female and male users.

Definitions:

  • Seller/Provider: ME TIME STUDIO d.o.o.

  • Buyer: Any user who completes an order in the store and is at least 18 years old at the time of purchase.

  • User: Any person accessing or registering on the store.

2. Product Offer & Imagery

Due to the dynamic nature of online retail, stock levels may change rapidly. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you in writing as soon as possible.

We strive to present product colors and textures as accurately as possible. However, minor color variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or browser rendering.

3. Registration & Guest Checkout

Registration is not required to place an order.

Users may opt to create an account to view past orders and manage profile details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

During checkout or account setup, users may subscribe to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any newsletter or by emailing hello@metimewear.com.

4. Prices & Payment Methods

  • All listed prices are final and include Slovenian VAT.

  • Prices are valid at the time the order is placed and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • The sales contract is legally concluded when you receive an automated "Order Confirmation" email.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX)

  • Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal)

  • Direct Bank Transfer (TRR): Payment must be completed based on the pro-forma invoice details. The order is processed once payment clears.

5. Purchasing Process

  1. Item Selection: Add desired items and sizes to your shopping cart.

  2. Shopping Cart: Review your order, update quantities, or apply discount coupons.

  3. Checkout: Provide accurate shipping details and select your payment method.

  4. Order Completion: Confirm the order by clicking "Buy Now" or "Pay Now". You will immediately receive an email confirmation.

6. Shipping & Packaging

  • Delivery Costs & Thresholds: Standard delivery costs and free shipping thresholds are clearly calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery Window: Orders are typically processed and delivered within 2–6 business days. During peak collection launches or holiday seasons, delivery times may be extended.

  • Eco-Friendly Packaging: As an environmentally conscious brand, ME TIME STUDIO d.o.o. reserves the right to use recycled or reusable outer packaging. The print on the outer shipping bag may not always reflect the product inside.

  • Failed Delivery: If a package is rejected or unclaimed without prior notice, the customer remains responsible for the initial and return shipping costs.

7. Right to Cancel & Return of Goods

Under EU Consumer Law, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return items within 14 days of receiving your package:

  • Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in their original condition with all brand tags attached.

  • Notice & Process: To initiate a return, notify us in writing within 14 days at hello@metimewear.com. Goods must be returned to:

  • Return Shipping: The buyer bears the direct cost of return shipping. Returned packages sent with cash-on-delivery (COD) charges will be rejected.

  • Refunds: Upon inspecting the returned items, we will process your refund within 5 business days using the original payment method (or via bank transfer).

8. Non-Conformity of Goods (Defective Items)

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • You must notify us within 2 months of discovering the defect at hello@metimewear.com with a detailed description and photos.

  • In accordance with ZVPot-1, you may request a repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund for verified non-conforming items.

9. Prize Contests & Giveaways

Prize contests hosted on our website or official social channels are organized by ME TIME STUDIO d.o.o.:

  • Participants agree to the public announcement of their name on our channels if selected as a winner.

  • Cash payouts for prizes are not possible.

  • Employees of ME TIME STUDIO d.o.o. and their immediate family members are excluded from participating.

10. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all customer complaints amicably. Please send any complaints to hello@metimewear.com. We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and provide an estimated resolution timeframe.

In accordance with legal norms, ME TIME STUDIO d.o.o. does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution providers. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, accessible at:
