We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, you can start a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Here’s everything you need to know.

WHAT CAN I RETURN?

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

We can’t accept returns with marks (makeup, deodorant, fake tan, etc.).

FAULTY ITEM

Let us know within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos.

Faults reported within 3 months are reviewed; after that, it’s likely general wear and tear.

RETURN COSTS

Return postage is deducted from your refund, and please note that original shipping fees aren’t refundable.

REFUNDS

Processed back to your original payment method.
Allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear once approved.
